SMS cannot be sent

Post-Mortem SMS sends have been stable since the issue was resolved last week. This was due to an account issue within the provider, which altered the send volume profile for our gateway account, having the knock-on effect of disallowing further sends. This has now been completely reverted.

Resolved The maintenance has been completed successfully. Some SFTP jobs for 10am were delayed until approximately 10.30am.

Bespoke SFTP failure
