All services have been restarted and waiting jobs have been completed.
The issue affected a core database server. Failover processes worked as intended, with HA systems switching to the secondary location, and other systems halting to protect data resilience.
The affected server has been taken out of service, and engineers are now focussing on diagnosing and repairing the issue.
