Campaigns have been sending as normal. We are continuing to monitor for any unexpected send delays. Please note that the delays were due to issues sending original messages through the delivery platform, rather than any outbound deliverability issues.

Campaigns are no longer paused, and we are continuing to monitor delays in final delivery.

Investigating

We are looking into an issue with delays in email sending. We have currently paused campaign sends while we make sure that services are stabilised.
