Maxemail unreachable

Resolved Services are restored. There was a brief loss in connectivity between 12.07 and 12.13 due to a network routing issue affecting public/external access into Maxemail. Engineers responded to automated alarms and isolated the issue to restore normal operation. There was no loss in the normal running of campaigns, no data stability issues and no expected ongoing impact.
