Email sending services will be delayed for a period during this emergency maintenance window.
We also expect Maxemail to be unavailable to a subset of customers on a specific Maxemail cluster for a period of up to 1 hour during this window. Customers will not be able to access the Maxemail interface, and some recipient actions such as click-throughs and form submissions may be unavailable.
Customers who are affected will see an alert at the top of the Dashboard in their Maxemail customer space(s) after 15.30 today.
We will try to keep the unavailability window to a minimum. We understand the severity of this approach, but have taken this decision as the best route to deal with a critical hardware issue.
