Application performance is back to normal and stable.
» UpdatedCustomers have been switched to an alternate database server, taking the affected server out of primary use. We're now monitoring the application performance.

We have identified an issue relating to one of the customer database servers, so are switching to a redundant machine to restore normal operations. No downtime is expected for this change, as it forms part of our standard BC procedures.
