Users trying to set their new password may have had an error for "request limit exceeded". We have made a change to mitigate this; users should restart the reset process if they were unable to complete it successfully.

Complete the MFA setup by visiting the usual Maxemail homepage, clicking "Forgot your password?" and follow the steps.

This is only for human user accounts logging into the Maxemail interface. When the change goes live, users will receive an email inviting them to set up their new password and authenticator. Users will not be able to log in until they have completed the setup process.
