The original image domain is now back online, and all prior images that were not loading should be functioning as normal. We are now monitoring this before switching back to using it as the primary domain for Image Library for new email sends, although no further issues are expected now that it's been restored. An incident report will be available shortly. If you do not already have an open support ticket, please request this directly from the Support team.
» UpdatedWe are still waiting for the domain to be restored by the provider, but are assured it should be today.
» UpdatedInterim update: An issue with the domain's root DNS started at the end of Friday / early Saturday and has propagated over the weekend. As these records have a long time-to-live (TTL) the issue only became apparent on Monday morning.
We are continuing to work to restore the m3.to
domain used for email sends up to Monday am so that images on historic emails will be shown as normal.
We have identified the issue with the upstream provider for the domain m3.to
and are working with the domain authority to resolve. In the meantime we have switched images to be loaded from cdn.maxemail.emailcenteruk.com
which will work for new email sends.
We are investigating an issue displaying images from the Image Library using the m3.to domain.
