    Service has been restored. A hardware failure caused an automated failover, however redundant services did not come back online automatically and had to be manually restarted.

    We are continuing to monitor the situation closely.

    We are aware of a critical network failure affecting all services in our primary location. HA services have failed over to secondary site. Engineers are working to restore connectivity. Please follow this issue for further updates.
